POLICIES

DEPOSIT:

To guarantee your reservation, full payment is required for all one-night stays and a 50% deposit is required for two nights or more. There is a 50%, non-refundable deposit for groups of two rooms or more./span>

REFUNDS:

We will gladly refund your deposit 10 days or more before reservation date, less a cancellation fee of $25 per room. Ten days or less before the reservation, deposits are non-refundable unless we are able to rebook your room for the entire length of your reservation. 48 hours or less, the deposit is non-refundable and the balance of your reservation will be charged to your account unless the room can be rebooked for the entire time of your reservation. This applies to all no shows and early departures.

On special event weekends and holidays, we require notification of cancellation 14 days (or more) in advance for a full refund of deposit, less a $25 cancellation fee. Fourteen days or less before the reservation, deposits are non-refundable unless we are able to rebook your room for the entire time of your reservation. 72 hours or less, the deposit is non-refundable and the balance of your reservation will be charged to your account unless the room can be rebooked for the entire time of your reservation. This applies to all no shows and early departures.

During peak season, special event weekends and holidays, a two night minimum is in effect. Please call regardless, as bookings sometimes leave a one night available.

 Payment can be made by cash, Visa or MasterCard.

Rates include a hearty breakfast and carafe of sherry in room. If you have any food restrictions, please notify us when making your reservation.

Maps and brochures are available to help guests find their way to many popular sites and restaurants.

Provisions can be made through the Innkeepers for flowers and specialty baskets for important occasions. Please make arrangements as much in advance as possible and let us know if this is for a special occasion.

Check in is 3:00pm to 7:00pm and Check out is 11:00am(These times may be adjusted to accommodate your schedule when possible.)
